Terms & Conditions of Slot Ownership
Only 50 Slots will be Sold

  Ownership

• This slot is exclusively yours for the duration of the event

• You may sell or lease your slot at any time through private treaty. NGP must be notified if the slot is sold or leased. 

• The cost of the slot is $5,000.00 per year

• Application must be completed in full and returned with initial payment

  Competition

• Two per rider

• Entry limited to 3 year old horses who have never entered any barrel race prior to this event.

• Horse must be named November 15th

• Jockey must be named November 15th

• No Horse or Jockey Substitutions after November15th

  Payment

• You may pay by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express ( 5% charge applies to credit card payments)

• Checks payable to: NG Productions

• $1, 000 payment must be received by February 1st

• $1,000 payment must be received by March 1st

• $1,500 payment must be received by April 1st

• $1,500 payment must be received by May 1st

• You will be contacted by phone if payment is not received by the 3rd of the month. Your payment must be received by the 6th of the month or your slot will be sold and all monies paid will be forfeited.

• You may pay in full anytime prior to June 1st

• All slots MUST be paid in full by June 1st

• We suggest certified mail

• NO REFUNDS
